Win Win Win Game!!!
Cabinet Vision Drafting - Kitchen Cabinets Design
We started our way to this market of designing with providing solution for one of our clients who were a leading kitchen cabinet manufacturer in Canada. It was a WIN - WIN - WIN GAME!!!
They were one of the top brand Kitchen Cabinet companies in Canada, they compete with the high-class kitchen cabinet companies in the country. Their customers were utmost happy with their services.
The sales team themselves handled the designs which in turn lead to higher turnaround time or less deals closed than usual. Their approach was meeting the customers, understand their requirements and then come back to their workplace which was equipped with 2020 design-tool to prepare the designs, sharing the same with customer, making required modification and moving on to production once approved. They had 4 – 5 sales cum designing staffs and we iES had put forth a proposal to them for a partnership in which the designing in 2020 CAD tool will be executed by us and marketing will be handled by them. As a result of this new operational strategy client’s impulse was high in action and started handling multiple projects simultaneously. Sales team was able to reduce the turn around time, close multiple deals and started earning big commission - This was the First WIN
Second win - Client was able to generate more revenue and significantly reduced the engineering cost by 50%. Simultaneously reduced the turn around - impressing their customers.
Third win - iES able to compliment our client by scaling from 1 to 3 dedicated engineers. By partnering with iES, the role of the sales cum Design team limited to sales.
We put forth a win-win-win situation to our customers by reducing their overhead cost and by undertaking the important aspect of the value stream which is designing. We handled the challenge of understanding & incorporating the style and practices of each of the sales team member by closely collaborating with them and deploying standard templates and practices. We understand sustaining as best Cabinet design and drafting service provider is a result of truly valuing and addressing our client's goals and challenges.
Partnership - Leveraging our strengths
Microvellum Design & Drafting - Closets/Wardrobes
It has been always important for us to give the right solution to our client. One such client was the leading closet manufacturer in US.
One of the challenge they were facing was to hire and retain the Microvellum trained/experienced resource, as their manufacturing facility were set up in the outskirts of the city. They were using Microvellum as their designing platform.
Often trained employees moved out of the organization to other city-based manufacturer who were more closer to the city. They felt like they were continuously investing more time in training new folks. They were growing rapidly and established many requirements but all those jobs had to be completed in a very short time & yes, the time played a very crucial role. They had a KPI of submitting from the hand-sketch to the design sign off in 3 days of time period.
Our team had strong experience in Microvellum CAD tool & Closet / Wardrobe Designs. With this niche combination, team was able to quickly adapt to client’s processes, practices, internal tools and design. We also leveraged the time zone difference and reduced the turn around time. We had everyday sync ups with the design team (Client end and IES) on the work done, Queries addressed, following day priority defined, which predominately increased the accuracy of the work. The regular feedback helped us to learn & produce efficiently.
We also recognize our client’s participation and collaborative efforts in strengthening the team. The partnership we had with them helped in focusing on the sales, processed more jobs at the same time hiring and training was not a big deal when Innovian joined hands with them. iES continuing our support in providing the Microvellum design and drafting services to our client. As this Success is not final, failure is not fatal. We kept on counting more projects and accomplishing them.
